Station PTOT is a start-up in its early phase aspiring to make a change in how commute and transportation is done in Metro Manila. We aim to incorporate digitalization in daily transportation making the experience of an average person more consistent while maintaining comfort and cost efficiency.
About Station PTOT
Our mission is to transform public transportation by addressing passenger needs and promoting a better commute experience across the wide and busy roads of Metro Manila through digitalization.
"Achieving a meaningful work-life balance is all about minimizing the stress we develop on and while at work or doing work. I believe a lot of stress is accumulated already just by coming to work due to the amount of friction one has to deal with the daily commute.
During rush hours, stress in securing a "seat" for transportation can take up to 30 minutes. Anxiety builds up asking if you'll ever get a seat. Then, while "seated", comfort is heavily compromised as passengers is packed as tightly as possible. This can be eluded of course by getting a taxi, other ride-hailing solutions, or even getting a private vehicle, but it is too unjustly expensive and unsustainable.
Our ability to remove stress in our life shouldn't cost us so much. And even at just one aspect, in our transportation, we have the power in ourselves to reduce that stress and make it more meaningful."
